Every year, The Sathyanaraya Pooja is held on last Sunday of December at the Bangalore Sri Kashi Math is undertaken by G S Sevak Samaj on a grand scale with the total involvement of the members of the Samaj through offering of sevas and voluntary services. Nearly 2000 members participate in this function.
Programmes of Music, Bhajan and Dramas by artists of our own community or other outstanding artists, are arranged from time to time either to honour them or as fund raiser.
Whenever Swamijis of Sri Kashi Math, Sri Kavale Math, Sri Gokarna Parthagali Math and Sri Chitrapur Math camp in Bangalore, the G S Sevak Samaj routinely offers one day seva to the Swamijis and seek their blessings.
Once a year G S Seval Samaj holds its Annual General Meeting where audited accounts are presented and grand sabha karyakram is held. This is generally a 2-day programme which includes competitive sports and entertainment events.
An Appeal
You are aware, we are amidst dire crisis of COVID-19. Thousands have become destitutes overnight. We also don't know how far this crisis will continue. It is imperative on our part at least to protect the Interest of our Samaj Bandhavas in Bengalore who are in distress in this hour of need.

The Gowda Saraswath Sevak Samaj has therefore opened "SEVAK SAMAJ APATH NIDHI" to give one time financial assistance of Rs.3000 per family in distress. This will be remitted on-line shortly.
